DAILY SMOKED MEAT TIME: 10 A.M BRISKET , 11 A.M PORK RIBS, TRI TIPS, SMOKED CHICKEN.

WE DO ALL HANDCUT MEAT ADN HAND MADE ALL THE FOOD AT OUR RESTAURANT 

 

Brisket 

It's beef breast, the front parts of the cow, with the ratio of 30% fat. After 12-16 hours of hickory wood smoked the fat ratio about 10-15% and become crunchy.Meat is soft and melt in your mouth
